Manifest file for Moto e13 device

Hi Team,

I would like to port Capyloon to Motorola's Moto e 13 device. Could you please help me to create a manifest file for it. The Motorola team has given the below links.

The latest versions of Android come with Generic Kernel Image (GKI) in which there is a separate partition for vendor blobs. Can we use them as they're for capyloon or should we extract them and include their path in the manifest file.
