Failed extract of source code .zip on windows

Current Behavior

Heho,

im trying to implement a scoop manifest for carapace. The extraction with 7zip fails because a link is pushed into the repo.

7zip fails with:
Sub items Errors: 1
ERROR: Cannot create symbolic link : A required privilege is not held by the client. : C:...\carapace\0.36.3\carapace-0.36.3\example_test\invoke_zsh

This error prevents scoop to install carapace on windows.

Expected Behavior

7zip can extract the .zip without further privileges.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. download source code .zip from latest release
  2. try to extract it on windows with 7zip
