No typescript declarations are in the Vue3 package

Detailed description

after install @carbon/vue": "3.0.7-alpha.0", I got an error.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Include Vue3 carbon in Typescript app
  2. Screen shot looks like Nuxt app opened in VsCode
  3. Error shown
