[Dropdown] Missing focus state for read-only dropdowns

Detailed description

• The read-only states in the dropdown are missing the focus state.
• Need to check other dropdown variants as well, such as combobox, multi-select, and filterable multi-select.

It's present in the Storybook (show in the image) but needs to be added to the Figma kit. The reason for adding it is that it's still part of the accessibility tree and can be read by screen readers, although it's not operable.
