Update documentation in web components Storybook

The “Overview/Docs”¹ tabs are not appearing in our web components Storybook. Likely something missed in the initial setup.

Both tearsheet and side panel brought over MDX files already, but they both include references that need updating — JS imports and links to examples (CodeSandbox/Stackblitz).
