Add admin and volunteer tab

An ARKAD admin should have an admin-tab in the Profile bottomtab. The tab should have the following functionality:

  • Mass mailing to volunteers. So some form of chat box where you can send messages to everyone who is an ARKAD volunteer or Admin.

  • You should also be able to choose to send out to specific committees instead

A ARKAD volunteer should have a messages-tab where the messages sent to their comittee should be visible.
