Fix get applicationspdf on company

Because of that our heroku server is free and not very powerful it crashes when generating the pdf's. Might be of long server time to respond or that it takes too much capacity. A fix to easy it up to only generate the htmlPDf and create a script that is dowloaded. The script file can later on curl all the applications through the system.

Decide for one of these solutions and make code pretty again in bottom of company.server.controller.js
