What's the expected benefit of the feature you are requesting?
When in dialog options are texts with BBCode you can't tell wich option is selected.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add some kind of text behaviour to distinct selected dialog option. Maybe some kind of outline, or adding margin for selected text, making it slightly bigger etc.
