Deprecated with Atom 0.206

Just wanted to try the current version, but it does not work with Atom 0.206 because it apparently uses old APIs ("Atom does not load deprecated packages.").

Also, I think this should be renamed (nvim-mode?), otherwise it will conflict with vim-mode. For example, clicking on the package name on Atom's settings page opens https://atom.io/packages/vim-mode

@fwalch I tried to fix it today. If you try the most recent version it won't give any deprecation warnings, still it won't load unless you invoke atom like this
atom --include-deprecated-apis .

Will try to write to the Atom people to see what I'm doing wrong.
