Atom deosn't sync correctly with Neovim

Atom - 1.10
Neovim - 0.1.6-dev
Clicking with mouse or moving with keyboard seems to change to different place in atom than neovim(neovim has the correct response).
Random lines replace some lines in atom. Though it seems Atom and Neovim sync when you save them.
