Errors # Local application can not show the same content with web application

After i have added blocks , the local application do not show any changes but the web application can run well and show content . This problem still existed even though i have followed the steps in https://github.com/carlosperate/ardublockly/wiki/Building-ardublockly and run the folder build.py with python 2.7. And sometime there is a JavaScript error occurred .
I would appreciate it if you can help me solve this problem .
