[Feature Request] Allow the ability to set our own avatar when sending notifications

This can work for some notification services, but not all. Some notification services expect to find the image it displays on the internet (and not local to your machine). But for others this is possible.

If you want though, you could just replace the images found in /path/to/Notify/apprise-theme with ones of your own.
