link output snippets to source commands

When porting snippets for a new site, it's hard to know what command is meant to produce a given "output" snippet.
In many cases, the source is immediately followed by the output in the lesson material: these two snippets should be merged.
For the rest, an HTML comment tag <!-- ... --> should be used to minimally refer to the generating snippet, and preferably capture the generating command (as the filenames are inconstant).
