Documentation for GitHub Actions needed

The GitHub Actions added to this repository and how Maintainers can use them to troubleshoot and understand what they do need to be documented. Maybe this can be done by adding a page to the lesson-example? @maxim-belkin as you did most of the work on this, would you be able to draft something?
