TYPO3 12 white page

hallo,
i have installed master on typo3 12 but only get white pages ...? when i debug content I see only default typo3 code an no content elments and no css and js is loaded.
can you please help? thanks!

sorry, I did not check, that typoscript has to be loeaded last - otherwise my template configuration in not loaded
can be closed
