it seems like Qt 4.8.7 has disappeared from the Qt archives, and the mirror in the recipe isn't working either.
I did a brew edit cartr/qt4/qt@4 and replaced the mirror with https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/blfs/conglomeration/qt4
