how should hr's be written?

There's a whole bunch of styles for this, so it's probably worth defining one in the styleguide:

***
* * * * *
-------------------------
_ _ _ _ _

I'm pretty sure that a line of hyphens is the most common, but it's usually a random number of hyphens. Maybe we should define it as exactly 80 so it lines up with the wrap-guide? Or should it be something shorter like 40, 20, or 10? We could go as low as 3, but then it wouldn't look much like a horizontal rule.

Thoughts?

That's a great question. I realize 80 chars is kind of an outmoded way to think about these things, but I personally prefer that way since I often write in small tmux panes in vim and it just looks better.

@slang800 I can throw that into the style guide if you'd like or feel free to make your own pull request if you want to contribute ๐Ÿ‘

Is it possible to solve this issue like this ?
Christmas is coming so it will be great to have no issues ๐ŸŽ„ ๐ŸŽ…

I'd be cool with an 80 char line of hyphens as the standard way of writing an <hr>.

Okay, let's do that.
