Name associated with Google account being appended to filename when uploading to the google form

Has anyone else encountered this? I only saw this when I checked the email copy of responses I received, so it must have happened after I submitted the form. I assume Cary will remove it if he sees it, but I wanted to let others know if their real name is the one used on their Google account like mine is.

This is how forms ensures unique file names I believe. They shouldn't need to be made public when cary does analysis and a winners reveal, but it does give a warning at the top of the form.
The name and photo associated with your Google account will be recorded when you upload files and submit this form
Ah, ok. I saw the warning but didn't think it would change file names.
