资源搜索 404 问题

当进行调用接口进行资源搜索会产生以下问题：

➜ curl http://localhost:5000/movies\?type\=partial\&q\=Harry%20Potter
"Results Not Found: Harry Potter"

该问题产生的原因主要是豆瓣的搜索功能进行了变更导致（新增了 cat=1002 字段进行筛选，默认搜索不会展示电影资源）：
