Add access keys (mnemonics) for better accessibility

I need to go through and make sure all buttons have mnemonics for keyboard navigation—especially important if I'm going to advertise this as a Raspberry Pi kiosk mode thing, as someone setting it up is likely to have a keyboard but no mouse.
