As mention in https://twitter.com/cat_in_136/status/867138311495704576 (in Japanese),
- Redmine 3.3.x itself does not work on ruby 2.4.x. ( http://www.redmine.org/issues/25048 ) Redmine 3.4 will support for ruby 2.4.x.
- Fixnum has been deprecated since ruby 2.4 and this change has a little large compatibility impact.
