suggestion: deprecate non-batching key generation

At this point -B is pretty well tested, and as far as I can tell there's no reason to use -Z nor -z. Deprecating them would make working on mkp224o easier - new code wouldn't have to be adapted to the old, useless, workers, and it'd reduce the amount of stuff to test.

agreed. it's been quite a while since -B has been made default, and I haven't observed any need to use older methods ever since.
