Increase whitespace contract

Is there an existing issue outlining your improvement?
- I have searched the existing issues and my improvement has not been raised yet.
What would you like to see added and/or changed?
Currently the whitespace is set to {Surface0} which means you cannot see it against the background. May I suggest #727394 instead?
