recalibrate fixation star and pause during training

training taking too long and could shed off some time on either the fixation star or during the short delay we put before the star (to give them more time in case they misfire and set off the mike earlier than answering). I am not sure what the exact timing is now, but can probably shave some time off the pre-fixation star pause (first) and maybe even a bit from the fixation star itself.
