Provide experimental control of timing for the verification task

Experimenters might want to tweak the timing of the verification task so that there's enough time for the ppt to see the problem, and then a long enough gap for them to generate the solution, so maybe provide some command line arguments or a little gui (use autoUI) to control this

did move some variables up to the top of aVer in - ab20b88 - problemTime and blankTime now control the duration of the problem and the blank screen between the problem and the solution pair
