Ubuntu Support

The days of ChromeOS are coming to an end. My XPS 13 plus is on the way and will be running Ubuntu.
I'm using this issue to keep track of things I don't want to forget while I add the new setup to beleyenv.
Not sure I want a "macOS" looking setup, but I like some of the stuff from the following:
Good outline of some gnome extensions: https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/best-gnome-shell-extensions
Gnome Extensions that seem interesting:
- https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/3193/blur-my-shell/
- https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1160/dash-to-panel/ (not sure I want this, but maybe?)
- https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/2182/noannoyance/
- https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/4000/babar/

- Hydrapaper (may need to apply this fix: https://gitlab.com/gabmus/HydraPaper/-/issues/61)
New tools
Refactoring of ChromeOS + Ubuntu scripts to use unified install script: 07e5e03 .
Did a test run on ChromeOS and all looks good.
- waiting on babar Gnome 43 support
- Maybe https://github.com/RensAlthuis/vertical-overview too.
I may come up with a way to mirror my gconf config to beleyenv, but I'm leaning towards not doing so. It all gets backed up, and it's nothing particularly fancy. So I'll likely leave gnome plugins out of the beleyenv setup and just rely on home directory backups to restore those things.
Otherwise, ubuntu life has mostly been smooth sailing. index.sh will not auto detect ubuntu as well.
Closing out.
