AudioSwitcher is deprecated and will soon be replaced by Sk1er LLC's Patcher in v1.8, download it here when 1.8 releases.
AudioSwitcher is a mod for 1.8.9 and 1.12.2 which allows you to switch audio output devices inside of Minecraft
- Download the latest version for your version from the releases page
- Open your
.minecraft/modsfolder and drag the .jar file into it
- macOS does not expose sound devices to LWJGL correctly, especially if running under Rosetta. The current sound device is only returned, meaning that AudioSwitcher will not work on macOS.
Pull requests are welcome. For major changes, please open an issue first to discuss what you would like to change.
