Wrong turn after someone dies

There have been a few instances where after a player dies, turn goes "back" to previous player instead of the next player because of how the seats shuffle, or something? So if Player A takes their turn, then Player B takes their turn but dies (either gets shot, or Dynamite, or whatever), then Player A goes again instead of the turn advancing to Player C.

Unable to reproduce. There was some confusing text about the other player drawing 0 cards that had to do with molly starks ability. If you are not molly stark you will no longer see that text. Maybe if it's 0 you should not see it either. hmmm.
