[Feature Request] Add filter setting to hide only image and not the entire post

The setting could be called something like "hidefile;", "nothumbnail;", or "spoil;", and would either simply not display the post's file thumbnail at all (but would still show in the post heading that a file was attached, with the link to it) or would display the file as if it were a spoiler'd image. Having both of these as options would be cool, but I personally would prefer the first.

One example use-case would be preventing the display of even thumbnails of an avatarfag's visually revolting genderbent AI-gen solo softcore shota porn without removing the useful and insightful text of his posts. Other uses could be wanting to not display image thumbnails posted by users under a certain flag, or images on posts with a keyword in them like "gore," the name of a hated ship, or a disliked fetish category.

If this already exists in some form then I am instead requesting that an explanation of how to do it be added to the filter guide. thanks!
