virtualenv_recreate not working?

I'm trying to use 'virtualenv_recreate' to delete the virtualenv and create a new one.
So I tried to set it to yes and true but ansible doesn't recreate the virtualenv...
Any ideas? Can anyone confirm this issue or is it working for someone?
Using version cchurch.virtualenv==0.5.2 and ansible==2.8.8
