Good day. I have download files e-hentai-downloader.meta.js and e-hentai-downloader.user.js
But I really don't understand what I should do next. How to implement/install this script in my browser/OS?
P.S. sorry for inconvenience, I am just a user... Please, help me. advice me something.

In short, you need to install a userscript handler extension first. Choose an extension from Required Environment section depends on your web browser, click the link to install such extension. Once it's done, you should be able to install the userscript from Install This Script section now.
