Can grab the number of cases and active cases automatically from the PEI press release; this means that the total cases and number of recovered can be automatically calculated provided that the manual death value has already been provided.

PEI seems to have moved from a press release first to a dashboard-only model for data updates, so this is presently of interest only for historical data. Closing for now.
