Are you a Windows or Mac user and can deal with issues raised against one of those platforms?
Are you available to test the build when changes are made (months or years between changes)?
If so, please respond to this issue.
I've already got Linux covered.

I am using mac sonoma and can not see guide how to install for mac. Can you please tell me how to install on mac ?

Do you have brew installed?
Can you try brew install tesseract leptonica pkg-config?
tesseract-sys isn't meant to be used directly, but as a implementation detail of leptess or tesseract-rs. I'd recommend you start with one of them.
