Parameter widgets are hard to use

Some parameters are difficult to set. For example setting a resolution range in the scale job is annoying. For example, set the resolution limit to e.g. 1.50 and now try to edit the last two digits in order: DUI edits the input after every character you type and makes this very annoying.
