Export Excel data from AGOL and upload it to MySQL
Reason
A survey was just completed, the data needs to be loaded into the database
Result
The new/updated data is in the database

Data downloaded from ESRI as CSV since there was a problem with the dates when exporting Excel format. Updated Excel doc with correct dates and uploaded into MySQL database
