I've integrated MORTYR into the measurement interpolations; see https://github.com/mekevans/forestTIME/blob/mortdist/use_cases/mortality_disturbance/mortdist.md.

I am less clear on how to incorporate disturbance. There is damage and disturbance and dieback and disease. Some of these codes seem to be specific to certain research stations (RMRS, PNWRS).
