Example is broken on import

https://github.com/cd34/apex/blob/master/examples/apex_example/apex_example/models.py imports KeyStorage and SQLBase from velruse.store.sqlstore which does not exist v1.0.3 of velruse (the version required by apex). (It does exist in older velruse (<1.0), but it appears that older velruse breaks current apex...)

The example app was never updated once everything was brought up to the current Velruse. I'll see if I can get that fixed today.

fixes up on github.

I ran a few quick tests, but, will do a more thorough job checking it this weekend.
