Fix scheduledInstanceTypeID value

There is an ENUM defined for "scheduledInstanceTypeID", and I think it is the type "scheduledInstanceType"
SDR expects this to be one of the ENUM values "ACTIVITY/DECISION", but your spreadsheet is outputting "1/2"
Please can you alter your output so that is outputs "ACTIVITY/DECISION" instead, else users will need to manually change these value before they can load into SDR?
