A set of general improvements associated with handlling of complete protocol documents. Initial features:

  • Some protocols use '.' at the end of section numbers (e.g. 1.2.3. rather then 1.2.3), allow for this
  • Allow for flexibility of the title page versus the ToC
  • Allow for paths in usdm:ref elements, e.g. POP1, Population, plannedCompleteNumber.Range.@minValue
  • Add element references to usdm:ref elements, e.g. titles. Use the M11 elements as a guide
