The AWS CodeBuild CI Report tool that we're currently using can be replaced with native CodeBuild functionality.

The change involves :

  1. creating a Role that can read the logs (either from S3 or CWL) and is assumable by CodeBuild
  2. setting a property on the CFN definition for the CodeBuild project Visibility: PUBLIC
