Frame gen doesnt help with low fps

Frame generation when activated doesnt help and makes game laggy (even worse than with the fg off) + adds visible latency to the game on gtx 1650 ti any fix for that

you need to have at least 40-60 base FPS before activating frame gen, otherwise, it will add a lot of input lag especially noticeable when playing games with mouse, i.e., FPS games.
