Deployment documentation needs to be compiled into the docs/deploy.md file.

It has been decided that the specific deploy documentation is to be handed off outside of the repo as it contains a lot of implementation and environment specific advice and instructions.
After handoff however much of that is felt to be worth adding to the repo can be done.
