Gradle插件设置2.1.2必现
5.0以上机器报错：
failed for task ':app:transformClassesWithDexForDebug'.> DexKnife Warnning: Main dex is EMPTY ! Check your config and project!

你看gradle log， Copying resources from program jar 这个后面有没文件。我一直都是正常的

将instant run 打开
我测试过，关闭instant run没有问题，打开就有问题，看了下log，没有扫描到collectDebugMultidexComponents，关闭就能扫描到
