create a page called
btech-mechanical-engg.html under src/studies/
with headers and footers from
src/studies/btech-computer-science-engg.html

and include that in webpack.js

I created the new btech-mechanical-engg.html page under 'studies' and modified the webpack.config file. This is my first open source contribution. How should I go about testing?

If you want to see it locally, you have to follow the steps

install NodeJS
and follow the contributions guide
