osr Python package required

Hi there,

I have a Python script that works with previous jaspy e.g. jaspy/3.8/r20211105 but failed with the default version of jaspy/3.10/r20230718.

Can you add the osr package in the future jaspy release?

Can add pip package osr from pypi. Might be better to install a conda package if you know the name?

Need to press ahead with this now, so using the pip package.

The pip package appears to be something unrelated, which also causes extraneous files to be installed into the site-packages directory. Therefore I am now deferring this to a possible later Jaspy release. If in the meantime you can confirm the name of a conda package that can be installed to provide this, then please say, as this would probably increase the chance of it being added. There is something called osgeo, but I am still not sure whether that is the package of relevance.
