Publish non-snapshot releases

It could even just be a milestone, e.g. 0.0.1-M1. But I've become deeply suspicious of SNAPSHOT releases... over time they tend to break unpredictably, or become unavailable.

Would you be open to periodically releasing milestones as well as updating the SNAPSHOT?

Sorry for the slow response; I've been on vacation.

I published 0.0.1 a while back but I hadn't updated the README (or even pushed my commit that changed the version number). I've pushed those changes. Give it a try and reopen the issue if have any issues pulling it down.
