Hi, someone tried deploying this manually here: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x410ad4420c8322560c46b67e396badcaecabac59dfd7a9f4af39c094dac8fbf6

For the CELO Bridge ERC20 instructions, and got the error: Fail with error 'ERC20: transfer amount exceeds allowance'
Even though the transaction was approved.

Any suggestions?
