[The Legend of Zelda: BOTW] FPS++ causing binoculars(camera rune) camera cannot move slowly in left&right direction

Describe the issue
I'm enabling the fps++ at 120fps (also tried disable fps++, enable fps++ at 60fps). I found that the higher the fps is, the more difficult to move the camera slowly when zooming in using binocular at left&right directions in the open map. But at the same time, I can move the camera as slowly as possible in top&down directions. 1) I also went back to my switch to try this behavior and get a confirmation that is, you can move the camera slowly using binocular in all directions, which provides fine granular control when using binocular to mark a location. 2) Also strangely, when I'm in any shrine, this issue is totally gone, I can move the camera in the binocular as slow as possible in all directions. (maybe this is a hint for a possible fix?) 3) I tried using xbox, ps5, switch pro controllers, all had these issues. Even using the motion control in binocular, when moving the camera in the left&right direction, the view will give a stutter feel, like the camera can only rotate at a certain minimum granularity.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- enable the fps++ at 120fps (actually I think any fps beyond 30fps will have this issue, just the higher fps the more obvious)
- close the cemu and launch it again to play botw.
- try using binocular in the open map to move the camera as low as possible, you will see a clear difference between moving the camera slowly at left&right vs up&down. And go into any shrine, do the same thing, you will notice a difference.
Expected behavior
The binocular camera moving in the open map is the same as it's in the shrine, meaning we can move the camera slowly at left&right directions.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
(I tried this on my 2 PCs to get a confirmation on this bug)
- OS: [Win11, Win10]
- GPU: [Rtx3080, Gtx1060]
- Renderer [Vulkan]
- Version [1.26.0d with the latest pack as of 01/08/2022]
The same problem exists when zooming in to aim using the bow which can zoom in really close, such as Phrenic bow, while the ordinary bow is fine. It seems like the problem is tied to zooming in at a far distance, like aiming through Phrenic bow or binoculars.
What about the camera rune? Is that affected?

Yeah, this is the binocular I was referencing, sorry I'm not a native English speaker so the term may not be precise.
