Build fails due to missing md4c

The build fails as the IDE fails to find md4c. Doing git submodule update doesn't work as well.

Fixed, thanks. Either cloning using git clone https://github.com/cengels/skywriter.git --recursive or running git submodule init and git submodule update should work now. Please reopen if you're still having issues.
