Progress items are lost upon saving untitled document

If a user creates a new untitled document, writes a few words, then saves it, the "untitled" progress is lost. Only the progress afterwards is saved.

I can no longer reproduce this bug. Either unrelated changes inadvertently fixed it in the meantime, or there are more steps required to consistently reproduce this. Either way, closing for now until more information exists.
